It will HQ. This would be great for some outdoir adventurimg. And Im sure the LOKE clings wiould work as well. Certainly hearkens back my days of early D&D, before the A. Lol
Very cool. Are there other game design prototype sets available? I always figured i would just have to build my own tools. Never occurred to me this stuff would be available to purchase.
I am using for prototyping, but it is intended for use with table top rpgs such as D&D or pathfinder-- but, this is more or less how I find materials such as this for my prototyping!
Hello there,my name is Terry. I am a custom creator as well at hero quest since it came out so here is my question type if you may say it..I like to build quests and I have an idea where even the players can fight each other on some quests where the story can allow it as well. I have 5 custom quests I have made I can send them to you if you like and my next quest is '' All Alone '' where heroes are fighting each other plus the monsters,so I was thinking if we can manage to succeed in this idea which I made 2 rules that if a hero kills the other hero if they come across each other here in this quest he can take all his treasure cards and weapon cards and sell them after the quest for better equipment and treasures. Is this idea possible to remake some quests where the heroes are fighting each other as well.please read this Mr Ash and if you like it you can send me some ideas. Thank you and keep up the good work. There is more to it but I can't write all of it here
My number one suggestion is make sure everyone is having fun! IF they like the player vs player aspect, you won't have any problems - but if this makes a player unhappy because now they can't play, I'd think of ways to mitigate this...or think of next steps so the player will still have something to do. Also, be careful of letting the players become too powerful too fast with their newly won weapons and gear!
You are very thoughtful in this as the game is full of monsters and except that the players may team up for a strong monster after they can turn to each other or stab them in their back, this is a strong scenario where can be a reality like in life so the player has to much to do and many more to think and decide. There is always the mentor who sees everyone's character within their player characters in hero quest. The loser can ask mentor before he dies to be his exclusive monster just for the quest and he can play until one player ends the quest or all players are dead . This type of a quest is taking long time with plenty things to do and runs in a slow motions on every turn of aspect.
HeroQuest Pig Farmer... the expansion we never expected!
You have the loke battle matts, the first and last 2 pages are blank and can use dry board markers.... 2x2 foot...when stuck together..
This looks immeasurably useful, especially for casual playtesting
Though I wonder if that text is leftover watermarks...

The board would be perfect for 4 against darkness. Which is a great pen and paper game, and with the quest minis, awesome.
Great product

I'm not sure what is going on with the filming but this particular video seems to have a really uncomfortable shake constantly in the video.
Noted, I'll make sure I take steps to mitigate this in future vids! The house can get rather shakey at times...
