You should be using torches as a fragment. You'd get radiant by throwing your knife, so you don't need to burn your dodge to get your knife back on kill
Could definitely be a good options. I just felt that the melee had a quicker cooldown and would be more efficient to be radiant before throwing my knives. But it definitely wouldnt hurt to have both!
If it's not been mentioned already, Vigilance Wing is perfect to pair with this build. One burst of crits gives full stacks of the Empowered Weighted Knife.

It just makes more sense to run gamblers dodge and torches in case you miss you can dodge and get your knife back immediately.
I'd highly recommend something with a higher rpm like a pulse rifle with this build. Much easier to proc the strengthened knife.

So I’ve been doing pvp wrong with a 3 100’s at Mobility, Resilience and Discipline Hunter for 2 years
If u need resilience then it works, but for me its pointless for a little extra protection
I usually see 100 Mobility/Recovery/Intelect - I usually play in my Titan but often inspect hunters just to see what’s killing me😂.
What’s your roll on Supercluster?
