Sent an email asking for help on mobile version (specifically because it was logging into the apps instead of authorizing so i was unable to add channels at all) and got sent this video... for desktop version. I am no longer going to attempt to use this brand.
If you want to know why so many people sign up for free and then don't use it - I might be able to help. I paid for the first year but was frustrated with what still seems to be the problem. I watch the tutorial but it doesn't act the way it shows. Somehow when I create a post, then switch channels, my channel specific edits have affects all my channels. So when I pare down to 128 characters for "X" suddenly my long press release Facebook post is short. I go back and forth and it just got so frustrating I did very few posts after paying for it. Thinking things might have changed I started trying to use a free account again, and I not only am losing what I edited having edits happen across all channels, but then losing posts when I create, say a second Instagram scheduled post on another date. I tried creating an "idea" which gives me place to go back to when my changes are overwritten, but I still can't work on all three channels for one post without this happening. I have wasted so much time trying to make this work the way it is supposed to. I see a post where you guys were going over all the various tabs and functions, but it is just the MAIN thing of creating several posts for different channels without overwriting other work that just doesn't work for me. I have to be missing something!
Hi, thanks for your honest experience. I can see that was 5months again. Can you share your current experience? Any improvements? Thanks again in advance.
@@TheMDDHub I just used it for a new release I had that would go public just as I returned from a foreign trip. None of the posts published. I had to do them manually. I am just unpacked and after having to do emergency posts, I was only able to look at my account and everything I had prepared for publishing was missing.
I love it! seems easy and i cannot wait to try it
