So basically customers are most likely to give a review when they DONT like the food. Since they have paid for it, they feel the necessity to write it (Human nature). However, when the food turns out to be good or decent or edible, most customers don't feel the need to give review. It's because of this that you see more bad reviews for most restaurants as customers don't really feel the need to give their time and effort in writing something good. I am not saying the reviews are always misleading but in most cases, it can be because of human mentality.

But what about the plastic packaging.. Nowadays every restaurant is doing this maybe it looks cool or good but what about the health plus the food was hot and now you can imagine the amount of plastic goes into the body
