WHY? 1) ATHLETES LIKE BODY BUILDERS AND BOXERS ALSO DO THAT NO WATER FOR 2 DAYS FOR BODY CONDITIONING BEFORE COMPETITION TOO! 2) HONGSEOK DOES HIS RESEARCH AND TALKED TO TRAINERS ABOUT IT. 3) HONGSEOK IS A HEALTH NUT AND CERTIFIED GYM LOVER! HE KNOWS FITNESS AND NUTRITION WELL. 4) TRUST IN HONGSEOK! HE KNOWS HIS BODY LIMIT AND WHAT IS GOOD OR BAD FOR HIS HEALTH. Ohh and FYI: In this video Hongseok willingly took of his shirt and performed like that! The members were teasing him and wanted to take a peak of the whole chest and abs area. That’s why they were tugging and pulling on his jacket. Also, Hongseok is fine with showing off his abs cuz he does that literally all the time in concerts. But in this video, he didn’t want his whole chest aka he didn’t want to have a nip slip. That’s why he was holding his little jacket to cover his nipples.
