Always remember, she never got to complete her training. Full potential Ahsoka would be on par of most of the Jedi council and could even have a dig at Luke.
If she can defeat maul, that officially makes her apart of the prequel OG cast in my eyes, kenobi at a master cannot beat maul, but Ahsoka wiped the floor with him

yeah, Ahsoka around the time of the fall of the empire could definitely beat the Anakin that fought Obi-wan on Mustaphar. it wouldn't be an easy fight but I'm confident she would win.

The live-action version was probably the only one that, while trying to make the reverse grip look cool and effective like in the animated shows, just kind of showed how impractical it actually is. The swordsmanship experts are right about reverse grip.

I'm just saying that it wasn't as convincing in live-action as it was in animation, because real people cannot move like an animated character can move. So, as animated characters, Ahsoka and Galen were able to use reverse grip effectively. But when you slow down their movements to the limits of how a real human actor can move, you start to see the disadvantages of reverse grip, even if she was still winning that fight while using it. The live action fight looked awkward, as there are several moments in that sequence where a traditional grip would have ended the fight right there. One of the only exceptions I think I would make in my criticism of reverse grip is the fighting style of Levi from Attack on Titan, but I'm only making that exception because fighting a titan is completely different from fighting a human. One of the merits I can potentially see for reverse grip is that it might allow for blocking attacks to your back when using a fighting style that involves a lot of spinning and acrobatics. One of the biggest criticisms I have towards reverse grip is that it severely limits your reach, which is something that is very important in sword duels.

there's a trailer from about 12 years ago ( set to some great rock and roll music ) where she's slicing general grevious's sidekick's arms off and is absolutely kicking a** - I'll have to dig up the DVD I watched with my kids when they were 5 and 3............ btw - what took Disney so long .....
