    I’ve never heard anyone call extreme hunger “healing hunger” and it makes the prospect of it sound so much less scary 💞

    I have a very similar anxiety about moving away and relapsing as I'm starting drama school in September. I'm not in the UK either and totally get how it can be scary if there's not support there. You can do this! Don't give up or give in.

    All in can be dangerous. Re feeding syndrome is a real thing that can be lethal. Meal plans are very specific to avoid this.

    How did you deal with bloating? I don’t know if it’s just me but every time I finish a meal I bloat so bad :((

      I felt with it by accepting it and continued to eat normally. If you restrict you’ll cause more bloating later down the line so keep pushing through and eventually it will subside x
