    Good video. Really like the alarm and the idea of locking the two kayaks together.

      thanks. The set up has served me well. I have stayed at hotels, motels, condos, and even casinos, and always came home with everything I left with

    Great video! I'm retiring tomorrow and planning a road trip around the country and fishing with my new expensive kayak. Last night I was lying in bed worried about theft of my kayak, trailer or both. You've covered all bases, and I love the alarm. I was thinking about an alarm but didn't know there was such a thing.

    Omg that is great. I’m always freaking that someone would steal my yak when I’m at a hotel or condo.

    Could you share what rack you ordered from amazon and how you inverted the bars? That is such a great idea!!! Love the video

    • @MikeJordanUnCamplicated
      @MikeJordanUnCamplicated  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Inverting is easy. Just put the right rack on the left, and the left rack on the right. Nothing else special. If you look on my channel I have another trailer video with all the the parts links

    Great mods. What type of condo or hotels would accommodate trailer parking and your experience? Thanks

    • @MikeJordanUnCamplicated
      @MikeJordanUnCamplicated  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm not sure there is a "type". I just check with the property that I am interested in, to see if they can accommodate trailer parking. The trailer is small enough to fit in a parking space. So sometimes if they say no trailers, because they are thinking something huge. I ask if they allow 2 cars per room/condo. If they do, I tell them the trailer will fit in a parking space. So I approach it that way

    Any road debris damage? I just bought a used jetski trailer and intend to use it, and everyone is telling me to out wood down to protect from road debris.... Thoughts?

      I pulled thousands of miles, several 8 hour long trips. No issues. I am on way to many kayak forums. I have never seen a single post about road damage. Not one

    How much of a jerk does it need to go off? Would a gust of wind set it off?
