This soundtrack is so surreal, it makes me think about what would happen if a loved one of mine died and came back as not exactly them. The soft melody is a mix of eerie and foreboding, and the violins and ambience in the background gives it a melancholy feel to it. I love it and it makes me want to cry
The ending made me cry. I kept repeating where ash says he doesn’t want to die... I cry thinking of my brother saying those words...it’s helped me get my emotions out about the loss of my brother.
Yea this episode was very heartbreaking, depressing moral of this episode is no matter how innovative the future becomes and high tech artificial intelligence can get, there really is no replacing the one dearest to you 😢
This episode makes me cry a lot, because when someone is leaving you, it's like she's/he's dead, cuz he/she deprives you of seeing him/her, everyone who's watching this episode with a heartbreak suffer of this soundtrack and this story. But, in a way, it's so beautiful. This soundtrack is like... As if pain has a music.
Be Right Back is probably my third favorite episode, right behind White Christmas and USS Callister, though it has my favorite soundtrack out of all them.
So... I've never watched Black Mirror. I'm here because I found this song used as a BGM in Starbot Dubs' comic dub of Handplates. I liked the song and went after it. I'm surprised it's from Black Mirror, it's the last thing I expected, but, it's a great song. Might as well check out Black Mirror because of it.
Anyone who has lost someone integral to their lives can immediately feel some sort of... recognition in this music. As if it comprehends that kind of abject pain. Man... It's scary how a simple piece of music can leave you feeling bare, beaten, and vulnerable - but at the same time tell you "I understand".
This entire episode hit me the hardest of the black mirror bunch, because my dad abruptly passed away last year. This episode made me reconnect with the grief intensely. I am not sure if I would do the same thing as Martha. But it sure is easy to relate to her.
@@dutchanon1232 I think that the point of the episode was that no artificial technology, no AI, no "facebook memories", no photos or videos can actually reconnect us to our dead loved ones. All we have remaining of them is our own memories, and for some of us, the hope to see that we will see that person again through the undeserved grace of God.
Black Mirror has some decent soundtracks to all episodes but this episode just well..... It just blew my mind, the episode and music was absolutely amazing but sad! I think instead of using AI to talk to us as if they were acting as out dead loved one or something, I think we need to try to upload our consciousness to a computer of a super computer even, that might be better.... Or worse, not too sure really!?!? But anyways, it was amazing but sad, like intense as well, I must say 🤔☹️♥️🌍
Apart from a few exceptions (san junipero and uss callister for instance) the earlier series of black mirror are indisputably the better ones. This piece of music embodies that sophistication perfectly.
Just watched be right back for the first time. Loved this music and the episode. It was so sad.
I know right? This episode is really brilliant but I just feel kinda sad, emptiness. This episode really touched my heart I guess

I hope you are all right now and able to get through that tragic part of your life.
Stay strong

Same. I think of my father who passed away a few months ago. Still can’t get it out of my chest though. What happened to your brother?

Kaded I really love this Chapter, and sometimes it make me sad but i really love both the chapter and the series
White Christmas seems to be everyones favorite. Took me more than a week to recover from that one
Hang the dj is up there for me since its another sad one but with an amazing positive ending
@@nawabirshad5976 Are you sure it was really a week?
Oh what, Nosedive isn't up there? Nosedive was the best comprehensive piece in my opinion.

“Where does that blind, unthinking kindness come from…?”
“Well…you made me, So…it must have come from you, Right?” 🥲
Fits the intelligent episode like a glove. What a heartbreaking, multi-levelled piece of film.
