As a paraplegic person, in a wheelchair, I can 110% relate to Dr. Drew's story except even worse though in my case, because this happens every time I get the squishy browns!

Dr Drew has the essence of a man with abundant common sense, almost too much common sense, to the point where he speaks as tho we’re all fools living our lives the exact wrong way, a man who draws a line on what’s appropriate and what’s not. So to hear him say that he wore his shitty, ruined, wet undies, and didn’t just throw them away, brought an overwhelming sense of relief. You can hear the shame in his voice when he says “I think so” when asked if he wore them. Since he’s been on the show I feel like he’s a new level of plain, rule following adult, and now I know, he too, is one of us. Welcome to the team of freaks and cool guys cuz wearing underwear after shitting in them is something we wouldn’t even expect from Top Dog (toms dad) 😂 not to mention the foolish cool guy mind that told him it’d be appropriate to clean off in an international airport bathroom!
