Fred Gee easy for empty room but what about fitting round radiators toilet bath pipes etc

I have wooden walls in the bathroom, with black mold/rot. Can cladding just be placed on top of this? Or does the wood have to go? Thanks! :)

As long as the wood is smooth/ a relatively flat surface then yes.

i have a wall part tiled can I use batons and still cover the tiles or do I need to remove the tiles?

Someone told me that mould can grow behind these panels- would i need to fit a membrane to prevent this .?

If the cladding is fitted properly, then no moisture will penetrate through from inside the room and in fact it adds a layer of insulation to prevent condensation, mould and damp. The only reason mould would grow behind the panels is if there was water or damp coming through the wall from the outside. We have never personally known this to happen.
