The problem with those things is they put the counter steering in backwards so it fights itself. PS. You would choose Phil!...😅😂

OMG I’m so happy this is a thing! At first it seems like the exact evolution from the 1/16th scale I was hoping for. But towards the end it seems like it still has the issues the 1/16th suffers from with the inability to drive it straight. That being said it does drive straighter than the 1/16. The short range hooning seems solid. If the price can stay budget friendly I’ll most definitely get one. Maybe even collect them all like the 1/16th. Thanks for bringing this to our attention 👍
I agree fully. Needs some tuning, but the price is pretty high compared to others that perform way better like a Rlaarlo and HNR Panther 👍

Dude, this thing looks awesome, lovin' the old school. If I remember correctly, Phil's gyro was installed backwards, probably why it's so squirrelly 😉
It was actually the right way round, but there is some tightness in the drive line that needs investigation. The next vid will be awesome 👍

When you held it up to the camera and you moved it around you could see that your gyro was backwards. As usual love the video mate keep it up

Have you ever heard of first come first serve kind of situation but again that company better watch out with their design of that truck or that vehicle with them shocks Traxxas created that and if you look at the chassis another company created that

Did you ever fix issues with it not going in a straight line...having a good radio with a gyro it should be rock solid like my mjx hyper go...kinda dumb foe them to send you this car imo...if they want $300 for a car they need it to handle well and go fast..

I think the gyro is backwards out of the box just like the HNR Panther. Why do they do that? It looks cool, but It will probably be as much as the sg 1004. I think it's a little pricey for what you get. It looks pretty cramped so it might be difficult to work on too. If it's over $300, I'll probably wait for the price to go down. Great video. I've been waiting for someone to review these cars for a while.
I thought the same about the gyro, but it's going the right way. You are right about the pricing, it's quite expensive. The Panther and Rlaarlo are almost half the price and perform way better out of the box. They will need to look at that if they want this to win 👍
I like it,but definitely would not buy it untill you can run it fast and straight as an arrow...speed and acceleration seem great..nice job on this video production...

Your gyro is backwards you have to press the button on the ESC twice

I got my self a panther and man that thing is hard to control. its way too fast on 2s. looks like the same issue here.

your gyro is backwards. Drive with it off or reverse it to proper direction
It seems correct, and I did drive it with no gyro during the speed run bits. I'll have to check it again and update in the next video
