There's one title that starts it, its a one-shot, called Rebirth. Then you can check out Justice League, Batman, Green Lantern, and Doomsday Clock.

I lowkey wish DC will do another hard restart so that the heroes can all start from their origins and that I can hop in and finally read stuff chronologically without feeling like I missed something.

I know the feeling. Crisis on Infinite Earths is a good place to start since it reboot the DC Universe and established the one continuity.
However, if you want a more recent restart/reboot, I would recommend starting at the event called Rebirth, which was like 2015 or 2016, I think.
