- Finally sharing some clips from a recent interstate market called Mellow Art Market in Melbourne and journalling workshops ❤️
As mentioned, I was also practising some travel journalling to find what works for me. Note to self: bigger photos, more dot points and write a bit less haha.
Thank you so, so much for being here and joining me in the studio.
See you next week,
Jess

Hey, I'm Jess! I'm from Sydney, Australia and I document my weeks with studio vlogs and I create for my shop called Planned By Jysla where I make printable and digital planner pages, illustrated stickers and more. I love the beauty in the every day and little moments, and I'm passionate about helping others be their best selves. I also have a podcast called (un)planned By Jysla!

amazing vlog!! it’s actually really relaxing, watching you work haha
lovely! 🥹🫶🤍
ahhh thank you so much 🥺 I just looked at your channel - you are such an amazing artist!!
I could relate to when you said you write too much. I grew up writing journals in long form. Think of personal essays and deep dive into my feelings and emotions. I've also gone into documenting every single thing I did for the day. So trying to journal in bullet points and less chatty entries is a challenge for me too. I've got so many backlogs that I just gave up and relied on photos to remind me what I did. But I'm trying to change that too.
Ahh yes EXACTLY. We are kindred spirits! I definitely love and prefer long form writing so it is a challenge balancing where to dive deeper and where to keep it short. It’s hard when you just love the process of writing - but unfortunately yes, not sustainable when you end up with too much backlogging 😢 Thanks so much for sharing, and here’s to our journey to (occasional) brevity haha ❤️
And now I’m laughing at the length of our comments 😂
@@plannedbyjysla OMG yes hahaha
