    Grelf could easily go to Solana and be top project but instead he chose Hedera, it's because he believes in Hedera as all of us and spreading the word about it to tons of new people. Community and retail investors deserve a bit more attention and support.

    Hedera had years to do what Solana is doing right now and attacking the market from a retail aspect and enterprise. You don’t take this long during cycles to try and figure it out. There’s much more DLT competition now and even more on the way.

      @@HC-iu1vs There were many people concerned as soon as the Foundation took over but nobody was listening. @@yuser5821 I saw no such concerns from the majority on youtube or reddit. There is ALWAYS a minority that has concerns about every single aspect of what Hedera does as if Hedera are a perfect example of an organization that does everything to everyone else's standard.
      Now as far as THF transparency, it seems obvious from recent events that these people on the board should be identified for transparency's sake. No reason why they should not be listed on the website. I asked Brandon on here because it seemed a good follow up to Rob Allen's remarks on Shark Bites but received no response.

    I don't understand why people who want a retail-focused project chose to invest in an enterprise-focused project. Why did they buy HBAR when they could have bought SOL--a project that is very retail-focused.
    I think those wanting more retail focus are doing so because they want to get the gains that Solana etc have gotten, but retail is short-term degen stuff, mostly. I think it's short-sighted to take our eye off the enterprise ball and just try to be a copy of all the other chains out there.

    • @HederaForum
      @HederaForum  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Yes focusing on Retail gains capital. That capital is sticky and helps the network as a whole. I also think we can easily do both.

      Not people wants to pivot on retail, they want.
      After 7 years of enterprise's "adoption", they discover enterprise's move too too slow and not enough revenue to be self-sustainable.
      Only now they meet the reality. 😳
      They sold to much tokens to sustain the network and in future term can't sell more.
      Because they montly have huge expensive bill's, employes, event's sponsored, etc, is only two way:
      1. To sell much more expensive the last tokens to have enought $$$ to survive next long bear who is about to come,
      OR
      2. A very fast massive adoption with very fast high revenue.

    They cannot afford to lose this cycle.
    The peak is about to come and probably the end of this cycle will be over in just a few months.
    Look at Btc that started to rise up in December 2022.
    Recession is inevitable and will probably start in the first part of 2025 when this party ends.
    They don't have enough time to build a mass adoption with high revenue to survive next bear.
    Since they need to sell tokens and they don't have a large amount like last cycle, they must to sell high.

    • @WarlockNKey
      @WarlockNKey 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      lol I don't want Hedera to turn into solana, all I expect within six months is that the leadership will acknowledge the need to market to retail/retail devs more effectively and outline a plan of action (that the community can see and isn't behind closed doors) that they can then start implementing. I think 6 months is plenty of time for that to happen and Hedera's new president has already publicly expressed an interest in doing this. And again, this isn't instead of focusing on enterprise but just in addition to. Hedera's tech can benefit everyone, no need to leave money on the table.

      If anything is a priority as far as focus I'd say it should be on builders and developers.After all, there has to be something to use on the network..when an individual uses a network they do so because of the application that interests them like a game ,or defi app or decentralized cell phone network. Grelf "everybody knows we need to pivot to retail". No. That would be the death of Hedera. Hedera needs 10,000 TPS just to "breakeven". Can you fathom how many "retail" cases that is and how long that would take? That's 9 more enterprise use cases the size of ATMA or 10,000 small retail projects. If you want a higher HBAR price you'll need 100,000+TPS and retail will NEVER get us there. Or you "pivot to retail" but you raise the transaction fee from $0.0001 to $10 and spend money marketing to/ and trying to support 1000's of small retail devs. This is simple math, you can't "pivot to retail" @ $0.0001 cost and think that'll profitable let alone sustainable.
