Watching this from US and it just hit me, and in a very good way, that Singapore for all its modernity and glamour now, still is very much a kampong at heart. I mean all the iconic moments are so endearingly normal life when you put it into perspective. Here we are still reeling from the Hamas invasion of Israel and whole OpenAI and AI arms race craziness.
