    Once again. The man has said it. Imperfections and embracing humanity is challenging but we cannot run away from it. Even today when I had some personal thoughts running in my head, I felt I was losing it and became irritable while at work but I realized that it is all natural. We just have to take it gentle and knowing more of ourselves each and every day as we live on in our lives. Bless you Scott.

    Your channel has helped me find avenues in which I’m not just standing still and allowing anxiety to control me. It’s such an uphill battle and I have so far to go but knowing this community of people feel how I feel and I’m not the only one has brought me some peace. I’ve learned to live in it to really “overcome” that moment. A lot of tears and fears have been expressed, but I truly appreciate you and everybody that’s apart of this family! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

    Thanks Scott for the lessons !!! Just realized how harsh I can be to myself. I should be happy for the progress I am making and keep moving forward. I realized no matter how hard I tried to change the past in my mind , time goes by, everyday. And that I should enjoy life more , enjoy things along the way and not delay my happiness or put an expected date for happiness. Thank you

    Ok… I don’t know how I came across your videos/page or should I say, how am I only just coming across your page now?!
    Literally everything you are saying hits me to my core. I have chronic health anxiety and it’s ruining my life, and I’m searching for my way out. Maybe that’s why I found you now, because 20+ years of panic disorder and nearly 7 years of health anxiety is taking its toll!

    Thanks scott for such a valuable content.
    i have some social anxiety problem or shame with which i have low self confidence ,self esteem that i feel so awkward in social situation and i feel unvaluable and unworthy because i have these problems as some of my friends too avoids me because i am not their cup of tea because i lack so much confidence.
    I value the people over me who are attractive or who are good in social situations and i feel less valuable consider to them.
    its been a very hard time for me, so much struggle with self esteem, and feel valuable only if other consider me valuable ,my value depends on how others treat me, wants everyone to like me ,to accept me and if someone disrespect i feel like this life is not worth it .
    sometime i feel to run away from this world somewhere where there is none so that i never feel low self esteem there becuase its based on people
    I need your advice what i can do

    I just got into a new job as a student that I really wanted. The admission process took really long time, lot of tests and then I finally got hired and screwed up. Now they gave me a second chance to go through the overlap again and prove myself, but a lot of thoughts go by such as “maybe this job is not for me, maybe I’m not good enough, maybe it’s too hard for me” and this really hurts my wanting to try to improve myself for this

    My gf doesn’t understand, she gets upset at me because there are days I can’t do anything because i’ll feel all the symptoms, and she would think i’m “faking it” who would fake a headache, body aches, dizziness etc
