I did my best, but there's only so much information. Hence why Pizza Pete is also included. It was pretty fun to do overall though! Glad we finally got around to this one, as it was one of the most requested we've gotten.

Speaking of Pizza Hut and the 90's, you can't think of Pizza Hut in the 90's without thinking of PlayStation! And PlayStation has a dead mascot of their own. From the PlayStation Underground, it's everyone's favorite snarky CGI gamer chick: Maggie! (Um... No relation, I'm assuming.)

Huh, despite growing up playing the Playstation, this is something I'm unfamiliar with. I should look into it! Sad to say, I am not a snarky CGI character, despite my gamer status being strong hah

Honestly it's kind of a shame Pizza Head faded into obscurity, I thought he was funny [and I'm a 2000s person who discovered the ads through researching mascots]. Speaking of mascots, thhe DQ Lips from Dairy Queen, despite being dropped after a certain point in the 2000s, have become a meme, but he wasn't the first Dairy Queen mascot. There was an actual Dairy Queen character in a commercial from the drive in, and a blonde hair character who was used on old signs, print ads, and merch during the 1960s, and the most mysterious of all: The Dairy Queen Fun Bunch. What's odd is that there's actually TWO Fun Bunches. The first were composed of Western-style characters, being it's Texas. DQ Kid, Sweet Nell, Curly Cowboy, Funfighter Mcdoom, and Queenie the Horse were used in a decent amount of Texas-only merch [there's still some glasses and bendys on Ebay, and Worthpoint has a decent amount of pictures of the merch, including plastic placemasks from 1979, for example], but their commercials are lost media, and the little information on them is on newspaper archive sites [including Texas History]. The other Fun Bunch are cute, yet forgettable, cartoon animals. However, given that info on these mascots are pretty sparce [though DQ Kid and Friends at least have the Newspaper Archive sites], a Dairy Queen episode of Dead Mascots would have to focus on the DQ Lips, as well as Dennis the Menace.

This...is actually VERY interesting information that I somehow have managed to never once come across while doing research for the show in finding other mascots to do episodes on. Thanks for informing me! I'm gonna try and look into this more for a future episode.
