  • See my new smart digital power supply unit made by Miniware. This excellent power supply gives 30 volts 5 amps and 90 watts of power which can be monitored on the 2.8" TFT colour screen

A word of warning about buying through Banggood, particularly for electronics. I recently bought a 36v power supply through BG, it arrived after a couple of weeks. I wired it up and no output from any of the output terminals. I connected a multimeter to the input and output to show 240v in, nothing out. I sent the pics to BG with a letter explaining the problem. The only response from BG is an instruction to video the setup, post it on TH-cam and send the link for the video to BG. Ridiculous! and I am $65 down. 1 bad deal like that and all my supposed savings on past purchases have gone down the drain.

Similar things happened to my purchases on BG, too. Bad customer support.

Great review as usual Mr Jordan. I’m often amazed that you have a knack for reviewing something I didn’t know I wanted 🤔😂

Hey Steve! First thanks for the Nice Review. Im wondering if you Ever had connecting Problems between power supply and Screen? I’m not able to connect the second power supply I bought to the screen via auto match. Updated everything but still no connection. Now I’m wondering how I can manually connect them? Any ideas would be appreciated.
    Best regards and stay healthy!

Steve, I have to ask, in what sort of situation would the average hobbyist machinist use such an appliance......or if you like, how did we get by before it came on the market?

Since almost 2 years MiniWare (and thus Banggood) promises to make available additional tips for their TS80 USB-Soldering Iron. Customers who paid a considerable price for that iron are still stuck with those just 2 available.
Instead MiniWare seems to have invested huge efforts and resources into the development and launch of this new gadget of yet questionable broad requirement. And again their marketing start to spread promises of allegedly additional great modules for this this thing to come out.
I'm afraid that with this product, again, a lot of people will invest a rather high price, hoping for promised accessories to come out, but which will never show up.
Meanwhile I'm really disappointed by this manufacturer...
