This was a fun video, as I’m leaving for SD in a few weeks to visit Badlands National and, while I’m out there, I’ll also be visiting Toadstool National Monument. The landscape you saw, I expect, is very similar to what I’ll be seeing. I’m so excited. Interestingly, Durango is on my list for next year. You’re helping me prepare. 😉
Oh yah! Badlands....Noth Dakota, South Dakota and make a spoon out of petrified wood. Yikes. Wow! Winds are unbelievable. Thanks for share. Make Flintstones Utensils from that wood. Take care to you both. Hugs to Pistol. Ahhhh! Carolyn and Colin. Canada
You guys should have way more subscribers with the videos you put out. Top notch! Nice work! Great travels! The earth is so crazy how different it is within such minimal distances. Time for 100k, then 500k, then 1mil subscribers. You guys rock! 😁
Great video guys! That landscape was surreal. Looking forward to Durango. Nicole and I took a trip to Mesa Verde National Park, which was so cool. I found myself saying out loud, "I could live here!", referring to Durango. It's a cool mountain town. But Bozeman doesn't suck either. Be safe and Carey On!
You must put sunscreen on your head every 5 minutes...I remember shaving my head one summer when I was young and all it took was one afternoon at the lake to never do that again. Ive been around this area but still have yet to unpin this location. We are definitely going to have to hit it up when its cool again. Thanks for sharing, safe travels.
Spectacular. Similar to the Canadian Hoodoos in Drumheller Alberta. Perhaps more expansive. Would love to know what it is about the geological history (water/wind erosion) that created both these wonderous locations?
Thank you! Very informational . Better than others!
Ive downloaded the Alltrails Trail map for all.of this area. Im very excited

Very cool place to hike! How did you not get lost?
A compass was used often;)

It’s a cool place and the lack of crowds is nice:)
Happy Mother's Day Irene. Thanks again for the visual feast. th-cam.com/video/XNv-4FIOvcU/w-d-xo.html - Dierks Bentley - Sun Sets In Colorado
Thank you!❤️
Great video! Is your Ram truck 2500 or 3500 ?
Would the van have made it out there. I`m sure that truck was a better choice. Was this all filmed on planet earth?
The van would have made it but it was much better in the truck;)
Could you make me a Spoon out of petrified wood!?😅
😉😁
That wood be scary!

Did you guys encounter any wildlife along the trail?
Nothing🤷♂️
Wow!.. That was beautiful scenery though.. 😏
