Hi Joel, have you cleaned the filter? If yes please give a detailed step-by-step on the procedure? Thx so much! My filter doesn’t seem to fit super tight to the sander & I’m getting lots of dust.
Did you ever figure out how to empty it? If I just use my own "cut down" sandpaper, does the dust catcher still work? If I use my own cut down sand paper does that shorten the life of the sander? Am worried because it appears that it is impossible to find/purchase the proper sandpaper for this item. THX for a reply if you get this!
ya i checked my order history for the sand paper i got and it isnt available. but if you use just regular paper, it'll go through it pretty quick, its not the best at holding it on to the sander like it is with the hook and loop. But it will work that way, just might have to change out paper a little more often depending on what kind of grit you're using.

Do not buy this product the company plays games. Earlier today when I watched your video I thought for $25 I'll give it a shot so I put it in my cart over at Amazon after work I went online to pay for it after I confirm that I have the money and the price went up to $31 not going to play these games. This happens more and more off and on Amazon keep an eye on your prices when you check out parrot. And if this company place these kind of games just imagine what's going to happen when your unit breaks and you try to get it repaired

@@lyrebirdfurniture522 Prices on Amazon change all the time. I've watched the prices of items I've been keeping in my cart or have saved for later, go up and down like stock prices. And just like waiting for a stock price to drop, I usually hold off for a while before proceeding to checkout, to see if the price decreases. Very often it does quite a bit.
I just got it and I agree with you on all points. The one I ordered from Amazon came with (5) 80-grit and (5) 120-grit. It's a solid sander for sure.

Just checked price on this, date is 7th September 2020, and is listed at £46:99 on UK Amazon. I'll keep watching to see if it comes down a bit.
