Can you imagine KFC selling rice rolls for breakfast?
KFC in China sells Fan Tuan which is a rice roll stuffed with fried dough and pork floss as a breakfast item.
I've never tried Chinese fried dough or the other fillings before but it turns out everything is really yummy!
* Ingredients
- Rice 2 cups
- Pickled Radish 1/4 cup
- Pickled Mustard Green 1/4 cup
- Pork Floss 1/2 cup
- Oil as needed
Youtiao (Chinese fried dough)
- AP Flour 125g
- Baking Powder 3g
- Baking Soda 1.2g
- Salt 5g
- Water 82.5g
- Oil 5g
- Frying Oil as needed
