I did a live stream tire change, when it comes to that screw that is hard to get to , the one that anchors the lower suspension rail to the tire. I guess I didnt have the right tools and stripped the hex screw . I had to go to the right side, disassemble the battery that side and fandangle the middle suspension saddle and get to the tire that way . Needless to say, I pinched the tube so my sherman is sitting in my shed for now. lol. If anyone else has this issue, everyone needs to watch out for that specific screw im talking about or it will ruin your entire tire change experience with this machine
I need new tube on my sherman S and this operation shows us: EUCs are made by stupid engineers. Its irrational. Thx for posting this video. Its very helpfull Leaperkin dont give a toss about their costumers so Im happy for this.
Compared to some wheels I’ve seen it doesn’t seem to be that difficult or complex. Great tip using the plastic to prevent damage to the rim from the tyre levers👍🏻

I was expecting more complicated disassembly but damn this is by far the most cleanest tire change on euc ive seen so far.
I did a tire change on v11 before and holy damn do I wish it was this easy

It's that easy is it. It only requires 2 people, 3 power drills and the undoing of 45 bolts!
Thats like saying a train wreck isnt that bad. One of the only things stopping me from getting a more expensive euc. Its a love hate thing for sure...
OK, so 11 minutes one way with two people.
So about 30-40 minutes with reassembly and only one person doing it? Does that sound about right?

seems your tire tube is in wrong direction, the nipple should look at motor cable opposite direction, imo. Would be easer to change tire

I wish he did it without a helper. Most of us will have to do ourselves. Not have someone to inventory pieces and hold stuff. But great video

Many more steps than changing KS16S... I rather pay someone to do it!
