Hi, I had the same problem. It was because I had another layer between the first and second layer, but i had hidden it. Check if you have hidden layers and try to either delete them or move them to the top. Hope that helps :))
@@artbymelody I have question do you advise me to buy iPad 8 because I've heard from people that the feeling of drawing on the iPad 8 screen is annoying also there is a gap between the screen and the pencil and how many layers can be used in procreate if I buy 8?
