- A Detroit, Michigan, woman thought she had the winning streak of a lifetime. For 5 days she went on a tear on the BetMGM online casino platform. The lucky woman won over $3 million dollars only to find out that MGM Casino says there was a software "glitch."

MGM does not have a chance! I can’t believe they won’t pay her! to them, that’s chump change! I’m sure they’ve already lost that much and more, just with the bad publicity it brings!!! No way will it go to court!! I surely hope that the lady not only make them pay every cent she won, but she needs to be compensated for her trouble, time, cost of an attorney!! And just the overall stress and headache that i’m sure it has caused!!!!!
they may very well settle this amicable through her attorney, it's in their own best interest to do so. they obvious look for them publicity-wise is the sword this matter rests on: don't pay and it may curtail gambling as betters flee to other casino sites resulting in some measurable losses from the bad publicity. Pay, and it may set a precedence for gamblers having similar experiences which would prove even more costly.
MGM needs a precedent to refuse online gambling payouts when thy claim a software glitch. As I type this, Ms Davis is getting her day in court at the Michigan Supreme Court. If MGM wins, they lose in the long run because the "we won't pay because where was a glitch" will go viral and people will choose competing online casinos which will kill BetMGM.
should have just paid her and quietly fix the glitch. MGM loses both ways in Michigan Supreme Court.

3 Million is beyond small claims court. It would most likely go to an actual full up court trial. If this ends up being the case. MGM will automatically lose (regardless of how good there case is) and there lawyers know it.
