The new update is going to be insane (the fact that it look like not a lot of peoples are pressing the devs to release it is also really cool, no one like when an update is undercooked).

Can't wait to play with the Tarantula, though gotta say it seems too fragile in certain situations and too durable in others. Like it can take hundreds of GAU or CIWS rounds and still be airborne, but then crumples like a paper bag on even the softest crash landing.
The roof with the engine like to come off when you barley land same with the floor in the cargo section
I mean, it kind of makes sense. The massive airframe means that most small (ish) caliber rounds aren't going to do much unless they hit something important, but that same bulk means the airframe is a bit more susceptible to big jostles

Lol @ 5:16, I think you beached your carrier! Also interesting, it's got an angled flight deck rather than the american straight with a catapult system that launches three at once.
American carriers don't use straight flight decks. They have angled ones. Unless you are talking about the ramp at the front of the carrier, which is you wouldn't call angled.

Damn; the Tarantula's cockpit is already textured? That usually takes them a while after releasing a new aircraft
Yessss it is!
All new aircraft have a had textured cockpits since the Medusa, the older ones that predate the Medusa didn’t have them because it was a low priority thing when they were added but now the quality is of new stuff is starting to improve and it’s slowly being added to the current older stuff

I wonder how this might look in a scifi setting. Large spaceships in low orbit, fallng alart. Chunks and fragments falling and burning up into the atmosphere. Regardless, looks great.

Does the new destroyer use energy weapons? Or is it glowing tracers from the close in weapon systems? They can use glowing tracers either red or green and they really do look like lasers in real life!
It has 1 rail gun but everything else are just High RPM Miniguns!
