u should try downloading in some old android versions android 6,7,8,9 works fine but i recommend android 7. gta in mobile works with no crashing ingame on some old and new android versions

Ive also encountered this problem and i may know why it wouldn't open at all, Its probably because after you downloaded and installed the cleo apk, you have 2 duplicated com.rockstargames.gtasa, one has "1" on the end and no "1" in the end, make sure to delete the one with no "1" on the end
