To answer your question in the description: The queen ants have maximum damage taken of 25 in one hit. While most ubers (except for the mantis and the wolf spider{they take max of 6 damage in one hit}) have no limit to damage taken in a single hit.
Nah man, the files weren’t edited, this no life (no offense) sat and did a story mode, grinded like millions of royal jelly and poured it all into mega buffing his black ants
This is done easily with cheat engine, It can find changed values. All you have to do is first find the Royal jelly value, lock it and set it to max. Then find the upgrade values by changing it and set those values to however many upgrades you want on said value.

This is stupid now there are two saitama units In both of my games. That being the saitama ant for empires of the undergrowth. And the one punch man unit for totally accurate battle simulator. Both are invincible and kill everything in one attack it is just dumb and not fun at all.
Saitama: Finally. A worthy opponent
Genos: But Master, it's an ant
Saitama: One Punch Ant
I love how in the Wood Ant nest the Black Ant was basically being showered in acid and it was like "Is this water or what?"

I wouldn’t recommend trying pal, I tried to edit the files and lost an ant colony

The queen has a damaged cap. The cap is 25 so everything can only deal 25 damage at max to the Queen
