Habibati! This video was blocked on YT so we had to reupload with some amendments (Watermark + Transparency). If you want to watch it without those it's available over on Patreon
Like I commented on your last video also. Don't know if you saw it. You need to go to century media and send them a mail. With the link to your video, even upcoming ones. Introduce yourself ofc. Eventually they probably will whitelist you or whatever it's called, but until then. Send them a mail. They do love reactions and they even got a copyright themselves today for their trailer to the new song coming tomorrow so.
Yesssss, definitely send them an email! Your reactions are a highlight of my week. ❤ I’ve been loving your Electric Callboy journey.
The Video with Sasha is priceless. Also the one with Saltatio Mortis is an absolut Banger. You will love both versions to pieces.
Right! You will not be disappointed 😂
@@lexiadam2773 This Band has such a variaty. Prism accustic version. Which was Nico´s Audition Song for EC. When they part ways with their former singer Sushi. And looking for a new vocalist. Or the just amazing Electric Callboy x Tobias Rauscher - "The Devil Within" (Acoustic). They have so much more to offer then just being "silly and goofy".
I concur!
And you‘ll love Saltatio Mortis in general (My „Mother told me“ would be a good start)
WBTBWB: How insane shall we go with this?
EC: Yes!
WBTBWB: Say no more.
You are right, the EC guys are playing the crew filming the video, drummer David is the producer in the fancy office, yelling at them through the phone to do it faster in order to not spend too much money. The make-up/ props person is played by Kami Zero, EC's actual make-up artist, costume designer and master of wigs.
Original Hypa Hypa was on the six track ep MMXX, released in September of 2020, in May of 2021 they released the MMXX Hypa Hypa edition, which in addition contains the seven alternative versions.
If you like this then check out "Dreh auf" and "20 km/h" by WBTBWB
Yes, those two and "N!ce". And first watch then and then look at the lyrics.
My favorite alternate version of Hypa Hypa is Saltatio Mortis vs Electric Callboy
WBTBWB is so good! Watch more videos of this dude`s and you are happy. They are worldchampions of breakdowns
🙂
WBTBWB is to deathcore what EC is to metalcore. Fun lyrics with a comedic approach to serious music. They mostly do German lyrics though.
New EC Song (collab with Babymetal) dropping tomorrow!
I KNOWWWW CAN'T WAIT!
Ratatata!!!
They just released the trailer for RATATATA, their BABYMETAL collab, what is this timeline!?
And yes Nico and Kevin are in all the videos of the covers. I also love how they parodied the original video with the old VW and the cleaning lady.
EC was featured on a Babymetal song released today called Ratatata. Definitely worth checking out
Now you like WBTBWB, you have to listen to their song "20km/h" 😋
this song is probably one of my favorites of all time, this and 20km/h, their older stuff is is some of my favorite music of all time.
I love love love your EC reactions, i dont know what it is about you, but i liked you the moment i saw your face
Youuuuuuuuu!
We butter the bread with butter is partycore as well but lean more deathcore
My personal favorite Hypa Hypa cover is the one by Sasha. It's not flashy or exploding, but it's sooo groovy.
WBTWB: So we are covering Hypa hypa, how ridiculous can we go?
Callboys: Yes!
WBTWB: Say no more!
I recommend the Hypa Hypa cover by Sasha as a pallate cleanser.
If you don't wanna watch all the cover versions, please watch the ones from Saltatio Mortis, Sasha and Axel One at least. These are so good. 😊
They JUST stopped a new video collaboration with Baby Metal. You should really check that out next!
Watching you takes me back to my first encounter with electric callboy! It just touches a primal something in me that brings me joy
Good start with WBTBWB. This song 20kph is a fun track also!
If you're going for old stuff I personally like Crystals or Mindreader from their current album is a lot more serious
Look at the original with the nice props and the expensive car and then look at this one with the cheap props and the cheapest car they could find... Many people seem to miss that detail:)
And yet the "downsizing" is consistent. The little FIAT replacing the Ferrari - as both were one owned by one company! 😂
I wonder if the Volksmusik and boat background video already was a hint on Hurrican?!? 😅
Next week… You must do the EC BabyMetal collaboration that’s being released tomorrow!
Electric Callboy JUST released a new song called Ratatata, a collab with Babymetal. SONG OF THE SUMMER
Your reaction didn't disappoint :) Hope you enjoyed your introduction to WBTBWB - their music videos are as ridiculous as their name, but they're heavy AF. :D
i wish WBTBWB would cover some Lorna Shore stuff :)
I know it's my first time watching anything by them, but to take away from what @derekk8523 just said, it's like they're the partycore version of LS
After the EC rabbit hole you should definitely check out other songs by WBTBWB like 20km/h, Dreh auf! & NICE!
I 🫶🏼 your joy in watching music I already know, it makes me relive the excitement of a first listen/watch 😊 The Axel One and Saltatio Mortis versions are my favourites.
Can’t wait till you get to rest of the EC stuff, serious/ live/ BTS/ TourVlogs it’s all good shit 😂
Your laughter at this is contagious.
🙆🏻♂️
There's another remake of Hypa Hypa from Saltato Mortis - I'm looking forward to you reacting to it.
Also, check WBTBWB with "20 kmh" - it's not as heavy as this and kinda cool. I think you'll like it!
Electric Callboy just released a song with Baby Metal
Saltatio Mortis have done a very good version of Hypa Hypa and Electric Callboy appeared in that video as well. By the way, Nightwish have just released a new single - Perfume of the timeless, if you want to check it out soon.
If you like this WBTBWB sampling, you need to check out 20km/h and Dreh Auf!
The video is a parody and "deconstruction" of the original video.
Also: Check out more of WBTBWB.
I'm late to this one but you gotta check out some more WBTBWB. Great 2 man band from Germany! They can get heavvvvvy
Pls react to Portugal songs, I would recommend "Oh gente da minha terra" - Mariza. It is a Fado song wich is a genre of music that you can only find in portugal. It is very very old and unfortunatly is kind of dying in our newer generations. I'm only 25 but I really hate that old songs are getting forgotten because I really think they were more passionate and real. Fado is very sad, it's always about some tragedy or love story that went wrong or even about the people of Portugal and the Pride we have in our history. I would love to see your take on it. I hope you have a lot of success and more importantly that you keep having so much fun doing this like It seems you do. keep up with the great content.
You need to check out MC Thunder 1 and 2, maybe even one after the other in the same video!
If you want a break the heaviness you can pick up any of the acoustic songs EC has done - chronologically "Prism" would make most sense, as it was the song that Nico sung when he auditioned to become their singer in 2020 :)
(edited misspells)
When an Arab man says "Jesus Christ!", you know the music is downright heavy.
😅😅😅😅😅
I had more or less the same reaction when I listened to it for the first time XD Great song, great bands, love Yours attitude. I recommend the folk-metal version of Hypa Hypa by Saltatio Mortis (another great German band) Greetings from Poland
New song (maybe video) of Electric Callboy and Babymetal releases tomorrow!!!
Also, the guy with the video camera in the shopping cart is Pascal Schillo. He's a guitarist for EC...his brother and himself own a production company who shoot pretty much of all of EC's music videos, including this one. They also shot at least 1 of WBTBWB videos (20 km/h) and I think they shot all of the covers of Hypa Hypa you'll be watching.
WBTBWB is the new German Schläger music! Try also their pounding 'evil funny' project "Samuray Pizza Cats"
Please listen to more wbtbwb. Recommend 20km/h. Dreh Auf. Or nice
Saltatio Mortis do a folk metal cover with bagpipes and a hurdy-gurdy too!
And it great as a version of Hypa Hypa and as a video too.
The EC video is how you would imagine the video, and the WBTBWB video is how it would turn out by the most of us doing it.
Hahahahah that’s so trueeeee!
If you ever opt to check out more WBTBWB, i highly recommend 20 km/h, it's a gem.
9:55 I don’t 😝 and I flew 2 hours to see them live and love EC so much! This…. Is too much.
Hey buddy, hope you are doing great! Whatever you planned next, if it is not Ratatata by Babymetal and Electric callboy, reconsider and do this one. you will more than love this one. for sure!
Yes! Was waiting for this!!!!!!
speaking of hypa hypa... who's hyped about the collab with babymetal tomorrow, too? 😁
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
The funniest is the one of the remsining covers is from Saltatio Mottis.
Try to mirror the Clips of more pausing and rewind to Prevent Copyright enfringement. Might work
😂 wbtbwb dreh auf
Dude...they just dropped a new one today...Ratata .it's a collad with Baby Metal... should watch
Call yourself lucky, there is a country version of it
It's by Boss Hoss
Palette cleansing accomplished! 😂 The bar just got raised (or lowered being so heavy), now you have more room to open yourself to the other versions. At least that is why I suggested it.
welcome to tthe rabbit hole called WBTBWB
RATATATA
Babymetal X Electric Callboy
23-5 premiere
the audio leak and the preview that just came out It's going to be brutal
This weekend they perform together in Japan 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Oh my oh my oh my
Please react to WBTBWB - 20km/h. You will love it ❤
Oh PLEASE react to Crystals! My favourite song by EC
Saltatio Mortis & EC are so damn cool.
Very astute observations!!!!!
✌❤🤘
FINALLY :) cant wait to see it 😎
You only made one mistake! You listened to Electric Callboy and now you're trapped. Welcome to the Rabbit-Hole (Hooooollllleeee
Hahahahahahahaha
We Butter The wednesday incoming? another Rabbithole you have to dig in
Ratatata Baby
OK, where is your cover? Get some guys together😆
hahahaha that's not a bad idea. It'll probably just be me and ramzi, on an acoustic guitar haha
@@ArabManReactsThat would be great… when you want to have an impression how an acoustic version of one of their songs could sound, listen to their own one for ‚pump it‘… brilliant rendition: th-cam.com/video/e3Gy9bylFOo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=TDKJqrZ35OgUKSCi
its mild compared to some
like to see how you enjoy this song
🤘😎👍
:"I thought I knew hwat heavy was"... xD
Does he know Infant Annihilator? :D
It has been on the list for a while….just saying…
@@ArabManReacts nice to hear :)
Then I will patiently wait, till you react
How are all the receptors in your head? 😂
Hahaha 2 Advils and a frozen yogurt did the trick 😂
Still not my favorite. Too many Autotune sounds. 😅 But I like this better without the video.
Weirdly - it sounds like it’s being sung by baby zombies! 😅😂
But I loved your reaction ❤
ahhh the baby zombies thing is soo accurate!!
@@ArabManReacts 😉😂
RATATATATATA
Play it at 1 25 speed;)
HAHAHAHAHA
The video is kind of a low budgets of the original. Fiat instead Porsche, cleaning woman instead of insta model, green screen with strange footage, etc.
WBTBWB is one of the worst covers. Top 3 in my opinion are Saltatio Mortis, Sasha, 257ers.
#sorrynotsorry this version is utter trash. Tuning down to Z-Flat and chugging the lowest string does NOT make it "heavy" IMO. Any schmuck with a guitar and no tuner, can do that. I don't understand how anyone can like WBTBWB. If it weren't for the synth parts in the chorus, you wouldn't even know what the song was.
