The craziest part about all of this is that he’s actually REALLY good. In regular classes you wouldn’t learn these moves until several months or years of training.
That's actually not that crazy. He's is physically fit (obviously) and he already has a very good "sense" of his body, knows how to control it etc due to gymnastics.... He's not starting from zero like most actual beginners
What? Lol Uhhhhh... Several months? Like... two months for the moves he actually did. He couldn't even do a proper chandelier (I think fear not inability) and the split move is just a mobility/flexibility thing. I actually think he didn't do as well or as much as I expected him to be able to do from a pure strength perspective. I would expect a beginner to be able to do these within a few months at most. Lyra is SUPER accessible, the biggest barrier is flexibility.
Haha😂 never had this many likes on anything before! Thanks. Also, ik she's not a girl, she's a beautiful woman. Just getting in there before someone point that out. Thanks again!
Normally sexual tension involves a boner.... everyone saying they were flirting but they both are just naturally playful and funny people. There might have a little flirting but everyone is taking it to far in the comments.
@@itsbritneybitch5899 wtf?! How does sexual tension only involve a boner? You are 100% incorrect! A boner means the guy is aroused to that point but sexual tension is completely different! It's hard to explain but you can just tell! They def have sexual tension or maybe it's because they are fucking so you can tell. They look like a couple imo.
Honestly Tom did a great job, I’m assuming he’s never performed as an aerialist and he’s a natural! He understood that for a male hoop performance, it’s all about raw power and physicality instead of the more graceful and contortionist moves that a woman will go for. I’m going to say he did better. Emily is a pro and very impressive of course though.
Especially with this music ..I feel like this is 2 people realizing they're perfect together. The way they look at each other with such admiration and appreciation its like each has a glow when watching the other. ....love it
Nile, I love the relationship, that you have with your dad, you are father and son, but you are buddies too! I think he would still be your buddy even if he weren't your dad! I think that the troubles that your have been through recently, have help to strengthen you! "THAT WHICH DOES NOT KILL US, MAKES US STRONGER" You are an inspiration and will do well in whatever you try to tackle!
This was really delightful to watch, as a beginner aerialist myself (who never cared about fitness until I discovered aerial acro in my 30s--this sport really IS for everyone!). Once you get the muscle memory it's a lot easier. I bet you would enjoy trying aerial silks, Nile--would love to see you try the silks variant of the Iron Cross as it's a bit different than the rings one you do, especially for aerialists who enter Iron Cross via a drop.
This channel seriously puts a smile on my face and makes me laugh just as much as they are!!! It's so awesome, thank you guys!!! Feels great to watch you use your amazing gifts while having fun!!!
I think I got an ab workout just watching this video, you guys are always cracking me up but this video almost had me in tears lol... and that chemistry tho jeezzzz
I just watched the clips from your Rio 2016 bronze medal routine and award ceremony. Seeing you out on that floor with such pride and tears of joy in your eyes just brings a smile to my face. Now, my dare I say sport is so much different from yours. You see I did competitive marching band in high school. Watching that video reminded me so much of the feeling I got my senior year when it was announced that my band had won first place at a competition we had been going to for years (and had now won 9 years in a row). That year though the competition was stiffer. Up until that point I had been so calm and composed, but the moment they announced us as first place I just broke into tears of joy and being surrounded by the group of people I care so much about and consider a second family is just such was just such an amazing experience. You inspire me every day to do my very best and remind me why I should strive for greatness.
you know, I just really appreciate this example of the different kinds of athleticism. These are, of course, generalizations, but different body types and different kinds of training lead to different abilities. We are not all the same. We're not meant to be all the same. We are meant to appreciate what is inherent, and what is worked for, and the different kinds of excellence that we achieve.
gosh! I think I fell in love! But it is indeed a computer mouse! It took me 3 months of watching the videos when I understood it was an N and a W. Thank you for the video Nile Wilson!!!
Good on you for trying all of it, but especially the spinning elements, my idea of hell. And lovely hearing the Yorkshire accent again, decades ago I lived in Bradford for a year.
“That was brilliant...I’ve always wanted a girl.” DAD YOU BRUTAL 🤣❤️

what is a mangina?, Thank goodness for the protection ware.Otherwise no more kids-"Rip ya new one"

I feel offended for the low percentage of body fat in this video 😂
Not a great time to be eating brownies....
Jokes on you I started stretching again cause of these videos
“I came in like a wrecking ball...” omg dead 💀 🤣🤣🤣🤣
“Do I need to take my top off?”

I was watching the video and thinking "man, I can't believe they're going to miss this opportunity", and then he did it and laughed out loud

Oh, I think she was the one havin lots of fun, getting to stretch out an Olympian for fun
I wouldn't be surprised if in his next "meet my girlfriend video", Emily showed up!
Ahahahha exactly
The sexual tension is real
John Hanrahan astronomical

ITS BRITNEY BITCH This reply in itself is making a big deal out of nothing. It’s all a bit of fun. Why is there always one Karen wherever you go 😂
John Hanrahan I’m sorry I didn’t mean to be so serious! I’m just saying! I definitely don’t want to be Karen, like my grandpa’s name is Karen.

Her burning Nile for 12 minutes straight, basically. But you know, they "bonded" in the end, so that's cool.
I need to hear what Nile bleeped out at the end about them bonding xD
Usually, Nile is the really good one laughing at everyone else its nice to see someone else put him through his paces!

can’t have been just me that noticed the flirting

The banter they have together is so good, chemistry is sweet here!
when she grabbed his toes and started talking ab how flexible they were i started dying

Your dad had me crying he is so funny 🤣 the wreaking ball part is classic
He lags a crush on her. In the beginning when she was talking he kept looking at her eyes and lips. So Nile has a little crush
