Hey need your attention here, one of my friends is doing Ph.D. in turkey and he told me that in turkey Ph.D. is 5 years, I year is language and then 4 years Ph.D. Also, you said that they are giving up to 4000TL as a stipend to Ph.D. students but in recent bursalari scholarships, they mentioned only 1400TL stipend. What are your thoughts???
