I have the 1st one. The problem is you need to remove screws to clean the filter. Its cold if you use cold water. You can't buy the filter but you can replace it by filter paper. Still working after 2yrs.👍
i just got the 1st one but this humidifier part stop working have that happen to you
@@kailynik I think you need to clean the filter. Drain all the water and remove the the screws. Remember to remove the cover on the side before you can remove the bottom part. Carefully remove the filter of the mist and wash it in a basin of soap and water. Be careful of pulling the wires connecting to the mist.

The arctic air ultra was just a cheap knock off. The real one has a handle on the box, arctic air logo in the front and a different looking and stronger fan with the arctic air logo on its motor housing
