As a person that was born in Sendai, never really thought "Chinese Food" was a thing in Sendai. Yes, there are good Chinese places there, but is it a "known" "Recommended" thing for tourists ??? I didn't think so.
Also, "Mabo Yakisoba" (Which wasn't brought up in this specific video) wasn't a thing there until very recently.
