Hey, you are right about that. You have bad luck in your timing. The website says: "Patch generation needs manual input and will happen as soon as the author of MBF is available, which will take from 30 minutes to 24 hours. PLEASE WAIT in the meanwhile. You can refresh this page and reconnect to your Quest to check if the patch has been generated." I keep fingers crossed for that you can patch your quest during this day. If you don't want to wait you might want to try the way @Psandoval85 described in the comments.

So far I have only found the option via the mods in the game itself on the Quest 3. but the search filters there are limited and I can't play the songs before downloading them. Yes that is possible. Search for "Beatsaver" - Website. You can search and review maps there. You can also download them, connect your Quest via USB and copy the files manually. But I recommend you just memorize the names of the maps you like and download them via the "better song search" mod on the Quest. Each map has a map code (last 5 characters of the URL). You can also directly search for that map code to find it quickly.
Do you see the mods and can you search for songs when you open the modded BeatSaber, or don't you see the mod at all? Maybe you just have accidentality not given the app enough privileges, so it can't access your storage to download and write additional files.
@Duffelsalat i see the mods to my left just fine, but I can't download songs. With BeatSaver I cant even search for songs. It had this error message but I can't remember what it was :/
You don't need to update it regularly, but I guess you need to do that for playing online against others. The modable Versions are always a bit behind the latest vanilla edition. So I don't know if it's still possible to play online. I never tried.

@@DuffelsalatFirst of all, thx for the easy steps. I think "alex..." meant does it work for the secondary accounts as well in the same device? For me it does not work. Maybe I did something wrong. What I did: 1. Removed all secondary (because some other youtuber suggested in his/her tutorial but tutorial was outdated and it did not work, so I landed here) accounts, only primary account remained (admin account and app sharing enabled). 2. I followed the steps in the video. 3. Added back secondary accounts with app sharing enabled. Currently only admin (primary account) has mod enabled.

Hey @Beate-n9j , I don't have access to a Mac to test it. So I am not sure whether the website will detect the Quest in the web-browser and start patching it. That's why I referred to Windows, because I know it's working there for sure. If you try this step in MacOS please let me know about your results.

Yes, if you have the standalone version of beat saber from the meta store on your quest, you don't need a computer to play custom maps.
I've followed your tutorial, but I am unable to download songs from BeatSaver search or the better song search. I don't know why it doesnt work

You need to connect it with an usb cable. If you don't have an USB-C port on your computer, you can buy an USB-A to USB-C cable to connect it.

No, it’s not about gaining access to the DLC songs. You can play custom maps created by the community, which can be found on beatsaver.com.
