My work have the same atmosphere. We are mostly quiet when editing but from time to time laugh on something then back to work. Our boss also always tell us good job or if we want to drink or do something to take out our stress we just have to tell them then they will give us money to buy food or treat us even join us. I don't think the international viewers realise how legendary both are in their own industries. Boss Kim is a corporate and leading genius in the modelling and acting management industry. They've managed, motivated and grew the Korean models that you see on massive runways and stages. And Boss Kim is bound to be more strict as the leader of the company that has become foundational in the industry, especially so beacuse they have more employees and sub-organisations with global interest. And no adolescent in Korea has not grown up watching Jini. She's basically Korea's number one youth-directed youtubers, and she has brought joy and fun for many years now to kids and now-adults alike. Both are very professional and noteworthy of praise. Both women are striving in their own way, so whether it is the viewers or the hosts, let's not bring down successful women.
I think it shows how different these two companies are. One being a long-established modeling agency in which CEO Kim built from the ground-up and, a content creator company which technically already exist in a platform which is here on TH-cam. It is very contemporary as well, wherein people only found out recently how much money youtube videos generate.

Honestly I love this show so much it's just that the hosts keep criticizing every little thing that aren't even a real problem and exagerrating them to make it funny and making the bosses look bad by "mocking" them. I have noticed lately that a lot of the English titles you put on your English subbed videos are missing words or the words in the sentence are out of order, so as a native English speaker, it doesn't make sense. For example, "How different is Hey, Jini in real?" doesn't make sense in English.
