Not really underrated. Most people who actually listen to black metal (not just new dimmu and cradle of filth) know how good they are. They are indeed fantastic though.

Actually there is an DF Dark Funeral - Live @ Wacken 2012( Copy pasted) Concert with Quan Chi ( the singer looks like it) on the vocals wich does incredible work on vocals live - guy held like 10+ seconds scream on one of the songs.I also fkn love the work on Magus Caligula on every live on any DF work dont get me wrong.
He was great live few weeks ago, he played for Nordjevel who were supporting band for Taake- great night really- the best frontman - Hoest and the best drummer i ever saw, tied with Darkside from Mgla

These guys are so cold..... What a crazy concert. That drummer has the most stamina I've ever seen on a drummer, I think... I think if possession is a real thing, these guys are possessed legitimately, and it comes through in their music. It's something otherworldly.

I have seen Dark Funeral twice (2004 and 2005) and yes, they are quite professional but they cannot recreate such a sinister atmosphere as Mayhem (I saw them in their Mysteriis Dom Sathanas anniversary tour in 2017).

This festival...too funny. It reminds me of a charity show our band played that raised awareness of domestic violence for battered women. Most the bands playing were grindcore bands with lyrics about battering women.

Very good liveshow but also so sad to see DF now....Music is still fine, but Caligula cannot be replaced especially when it comes to play live. Superior voice and stage presence
i like the title of the festival :) dark funeral plays black metal with lyrics of the underworld, satan, etc... but the band members are just humans like everyone :) they just don't play pop :p if you remove the corpse paint they are just people like everyone :) many people think: corpse paint and satanic music these guys are dangerous but these guys are normal humans with family, job, etc...
