UPDATE: DO NOT USE THE PEONY LIST!!!
Despite this list placing in the top 32 at Portland, we have much better lists running the Peony version. I present both of the good Peony lists in episode 3: th-cam.com/video/zkj3OdQ2iTY/w-d-xo.html

Ive been saying how important koko was from the beginning and people were saying it was useless. Guess they are finally jumping on the bandwagon

I think a lot of decks played enough switching cards to make it less powerful when Koko first came out. But as Zard built up steam, it definitely made Koko that much more powerful, especially if paired with judge+path.

Is Koko still good when Zard is playing switch now?

Yes, Tapu Koko is still good. It's not quite as good as it is against lists with no switch, but they only play one switch card most of the time. Lean on limiting their damage early on so that Koko survives the first time they switch out of paralysis. Then future uses will be big.

Why not max rare cards... Look prettiest!!!!

Functionally, any rarity is the same. Mostly, anyway. There's some benefit to spotting certain cards faster if you can make them have a different visual pattern than the average card. So for important cards that you want to prize-check for, I think a higher rarity makes sense.
Regarding the cards shown in this video, I believe that the tool I'm using to display the deck list sets the rarity. I'll experiment with that next time though. If I succeed then in my next Deck Profile video, you'll see all the bling :D
