    Damn dude! I'm not a baller but I'm an insane workout freak normally. I've gotten out of shape in the last year and at 1 am, you've motivated me to go outside and start working my way back to superhero/batman shape. THANKS!
    I hope you can get back into professional league shape. I don't know if sprints are a good regiment for balling but if it's not part of your regiment; it's very good for strength training. Stairs are also good as well if there are any in your area.

    Idk if you have access to Beachbody on demand but you should do 6 weeks of the work. There is weightlifting but it’s more mobility moves for athletes. Just a suggestion :)

    Try going lower with each pull-up to get a larger range of motion closer to full extension of your arms which also works your lats. Keep grinding AJ

    Hey man love the videos. Make sure you go full dead hang at the bottom of your pullups otherwise you'll get some lat shortening and it'll mess up your jumper. Happened to a teammate of mine

    Get a app called Strava, in which we guys can see your workouts. We can see where you have ran, your pace, distance, time etc. I also think we can see your pushups and pull ups, how much calories you’ve burned and stuff like that. You can sync your watch with the app, it’s really easy. Keep working AJ

    Hey AJ! Another cool challenge I think that you could do during this workout stuff is to only eat non animal products for a week. It’s extremely healthy and I think it will boost your boost your performance level massively! People like Kyrie Irving has a complete non animal product/plant based diet! Keep Grinding AJ and Try this Challenge out for a week:)

    Do you know any way to heal feet problems? I’ve had this one problem where I would run in a certain way after a certain amount of time, and I would pull something on my left foot, and it would feel like an inner sting whenever it’s really bad. Any tips on how to heal those?
