I finally went for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Flavorful, tender, soft bun. Wasn't heavy. Felt like i could of eaten another one. And on a Tuesday for their special. Best deal, burger, shot, and a beer

Omg I have a weird duck thing story too. I opened my door one day and there was this huge random looking bird that also had duck feet and bill but it had like a rooster looking thing on top of it’s head and it would harass me. Almost daily. I would open the door and be like... the fuckin ducken is back (duck + chicken = ducken)
Have had both Au Cheval and Small Cheval (agree with you on how unworthy Small Cheval was), but Au Cheval is a damn good burger. That said, I may have to try out this spot. Sorry, no clue on your bird issue. Later gents.

I am pretty sure Corey has spotted the elusive Crackapatapus , they usually congregate in alleys , and they are incredibly dangerous. You can always tell the Crackapatapus by their lack of foot wear, which can be mistaken for webbed feet, and that white ring around their mouths, that could be mistaken for a duck bill. Not going to lie , I love your satiric take on you tube eaters, well done gentlemen. Keep up the great work!!!

Sounds like Cory saw a Cayuga Duck! It probably was someone's pet that escaped. That breed was the primary source of duck meat in the US, not sure if it is anymore.

For me a perfect hamburger has to have melted cheese, shredded lettuce and toasted bun with mayo. I hate when places slap the cheese on without melting the cheese so annoying.

I've seen tricks, John's, and people coping dope in allys but never a duck/raven.
80/20 is usually the meat to fat ratio used. That looked more like 70/30. And the cheese melter is called a salamander. It looked incredible
