Am to you to request some assistance. I came to the UK on a student visa in 2022 but quickly changed the visa to apply as a dependant of an EEU member (my uncle). My case and first appeal were denied on the basis of relationship (uncle -nephew) not being as stated by ruling laws of EU settlement and application being made after Brexit deadlines. I reappeared and that was denied also without grounds for reappelling. I would like to consult you on any further steps I can take as I’m desperately trying to get myself sorted. Is this an issue you can help with please?

I lost my brp and still not convert into e visa so what I can do now . Can I apply for new brp? I want help as soon possible
