- About Synchronizing inverter with Grid, not yet in the form of Grid Tie Inverter. Applying the Phase-Locked Loop (SPLL) software on the Arduino Nano SPWM generator card to equalize the phase angle and frequency between the Nano SPWM generator and the grid or in other words sync with the grid.
By using the Zero Crossing Detector as a phase detector to detect the grid phase angle so that the circuit is simple.

12.7v.voltage power is higher may be used voltage down for circuit and normal battery(universal battery).Will be operating Bester.Thanks you.
no need for a voltage-lowering circuit because this circuit is for 12V, in testing I often step up and down the voltage to see the effect.
Assalamualikum brother, how can you adjust the amplitude of the voltage of the inverter with respect to the grid in your project? please clearify it
waalaikumsalam, here I did not adjust the inverter amplitude to match the grid. The quantity taken from the grid is only the phase angle information, the grid amplitude is not measured. so only the phase angle is matched.

pak Yopie untuk ZCD apa bisa pakai PC817, mana yg lebih baik jika menggunakan opamp seperti lm358 ? mungkin project berikutnya bisa membuat SPWM 3 phase dengan menggabungkan 3 arduino nano menjadi 3 phase dengan memanfaatkan ZCD yg di pasang masing2 module. trima kasih semoga ilmunya banyak bermanfaat untuk kalangan hobby electronic. sukses selalu projectnya pak Yopie.
PC817/optocoupler hasilnya berupa pulsa tipis ga bisa dipakai diprogram saya, program lebih rumit kalau pake opto. Masih banyak yang perlu di explore di 1 phase mungkin masih lama main2 ke 3 phase.

Cerdas 👍👍👍, sebenarnya ingin sinkronkan inverter pure sine wave yang beli di pasaran dengan PLN biar saat pindah tidak terjadi perbedaan fasa , pengaruhnya pada alat alat motor listrik sangat berpengaruh jika pindah saat sudut fasa nya berbeda , bagaimana cara sincronisasinya apakah ada input pin sync pada modul spwm di inverter offgrid ?

saya sudah buat pak bisa synchron antara grid 1 dan grid 2 ( inverter ) sudut phase nya cocok. itu uji coba tnpa trafo dlu, saya liat dari keluaran inverter yg sktr 6v an. trus saat saya kasih trafo tiba alarm bunyi beep 5x yg menandakan low bat, pdhal aki saya masih +12.5 an kalo sesuai coding low bat sktr 10.5an. *saya uji coba ini tnpa regulator 7812 (jadi saya jumper in-out)..
saya cek kondisi analog A2 yg feedbck bat, masih terukur 2.61v
coba turunin dulu nilai lowbat di koding apa masih begitu? harusnya 2.6V sih ga lowbat bagusnya sih klo bisa liat teg di A2 nya noisi ato tidak

Inverter dan juga pln ga bisa diatur frekwensinya dan selalu ada sedikit perbedaan pada frekwensinya (akibatnya akan selalu ada perubahan pada perbedaan fasa). arduino transfer switch akan mengukur perbedaan fasa keduanya dan akan memindahkan hubungan ketika sudah terukur fasanya sama. waktu terjadinya pemindahan tergantung perbedaan frek makin besar perbedaan frek makin cepat sinkron.
2. inverter dan pln punya frek masing2 walaupun tertulis 50Hz tapi umumnya tidak benar2 sama ada sedikit selisih mis 50.001 Hz vs 50.000Hz demikian juga tegangannya. pada saat pemindahan yang terpenting adalah fasanya sama (walaupun frek dan teg sedikit berbeda).
note: frek sama belum tentu fasa sama, frek berbeda ada saat tertentu fasanya sama.

Pak mohon koreksinya, saya buat rangkain ZCD untuk supplai ic Lm758 klo pkek gnd, hasil gelombnya tidak sempurna sperti itu, kalo pake supplai tegangan simetris +5v dan -5v untuk supplai ic nya baru gelombangnya seperti itu. Typo maksudnya 358 🤣
saya pake lm358 memang agar single supply, klo pake yg +/- memang akan beda. BTW sy cari datesheetnya LM758 koq ga ada ya?

I have a simple question also, if I connect the inverter's transformer in series with the supply line to compensate for the missing voltage when voltage sag occurs, what is the current that will flow through the primary of the injection transformer? Is it gonna be a constant current coming from the load current? for example, if I inject 20V rms and step-up by 3.66 ratio what will be the current in the primary if the load current is 1A rms?

I have another question. Why you have initialized pin 3 two times as a regular pin and as an interrupt? And what is the use of pin 11 and 12? @@yopiediy
@@raed9152 the second is not initializing the i/o pin but initializing the interrupt, which in this application comes from the input pin. D11 and 12 are for 50Hz fundamental pulse signals

if so, how it's going to work and how the connection will look like ?
I thought it was possible, but it looks like the effort to do that is so much more.
@@yopiediy so , what’s the solution because i did an inverter using EGS002 and it was successively work with out any issues but my next step is to find a solution for this problem which is the synchronization of the inverter voltage and grid voltage
@@dyhaal-basha6578 you can modify egs002 so that it becomes a variable frequency then PLL hardware is also needed to synchronize the grid and inverter.

counterX variable is unused. I use it for debugging so just ignore it.
@@yopiediy I've been trying to make this code work for me, but i still didn't succeed.
I don't use the same way to generate the spwm, i declare the reference as dutycycle[i] = (int) ( (1 + sin (2.* PI *i/(n)))* (TOP/2).
If i can't make it by myself i'll post another comment in a week :D

@@yopiediy i used the same logic in this video, but in my case i'm generating a unipolar SPWM, which needs two sinusoidals.
The trick that worked for me was to simply make the sinus table restart from its first value when an external interruption is detected
@@majesticsky2676 Agreed, it worked for me too. This method is very fast to equalize the phase at the beginning of the cycle but has no mechanism to equalize the frequency. However, this method is sufficient for use for some purposes.

@yopiediy Your circuit produces a good sinewave. However, I have a challenge from my side. I am using EGS002, 20150901. The board shows it is in normal operation but when I test the signal pins it produces square wave SPWM. Therefore, there is no output from the mosfets. What can be issue because I have tested the board by testing the VFB , ILB and TFB and it shows it is okay.
