I use dsPIC33FJ family with Mitsubishi IPM PS21867 and PS21869, depending in board I use, and also IRAM136-3023B, with PIC18F4431. I know STM32 is much more "powerful", but also lot more complex. Anyway, good job you've done. I've forgot to mention, I've used space vector pwm, not sinusoidal, because of DC bus voltage utilization.
Why haven't you consider using ir2104 gate driver (which have a single input) instead of nand gate ic and ir2113 gate driver? Is there any specific reason?
Hello sir I have to made a three phase inverter with variable frequency at the output of the inverter then what i can do to make this three phase inverter with variable frequency
This is really interesting. I've been looking for a simple way to generate gate signals for an inverter from a hybrid car I've been reverse engineering. Has 2 3-phase inverters inside and I'm able to switch on/off each of the 12 gates directly with 3.3v MCU logic, original drive circuitry and isolation intact. Crazy how this thing cost me only $60 here in the US, can handle 700vdc at maybe 600A (no data available for the IGBT's, but they are BEEFY), has a ~150A boost/buck converter too. Current sensors on all 6 phases + boost converter, and a giant custom-made film capacitor for super low ESR+trace inductance. Definitely got a subscribe from me. Would love to see how you pulled off the (IMO, really good) sinusodial code. Because when I was looking for tutorials/examples let me tell you there are some sketchy codes out there haha. If not it's OK, I'm really not going to be able to work on it again until like 2 months from now regardless. Just impressed with your project :)
Congratulations, very good project. I currently work on a similar project (115V / 400 hz inverter). Do you have a part number/type/reference for the AOP that reads the shunt voltage. Do you think TL082 is a suitable device for this purposer. Thanks. Keep it up.
Hi. Yes it's for avionic instruments. My project is still in progress. But there is a much better solution than MOSFET + DRIVER : google STGIPQ8C60T-HZ.@@Muhammad-qf9vl
I'm astanded, I won't never be able to develop a project like this... Did you develop the code in c/c++ on your own or it's a your colleague's development ? Are you an electrical engineer ?

@@ATLabENGHi sir, i have one question. When the input ( ac 220v) rectifier with dioda bride it become to 310v DC right. But my pmsm motor only aceptable of 200v max. So how to step down the voltage sir?? Iam still confiusd on this hardware. Thank
Hi, for the code just write me an email and I'll share it to you. The schematic link I'm working to have a website where to share all the stuff. For the moment you can find it on EasyEDA:)
Hello Sir , I have mailed you on your email id please check , I am making my final year project on BLDC motor speed control with using SPWM.please share us your for our reference
where are the heatsinks? never seen an inverter without heatsinks!!! this thing won't work in real life, one of the mosfets (the one with least resistance path) will get hot, suck all the current (because it is hotter) and burn
MOSFETs have a positive temperature coefficient, so the exact opposite will happen. As the temp increases so does it's internal resistance so it pulls less current.
Oh...the best public video I've ever seen. As this i am studying and experimenting. pls kindly share the code file with me.

Hi there nice work. can i have the files of the project ?
@ATLAB, Thank you for sharing this nice project with us.
Finally! Was waiting for a new video
thank you so much for your support!
Woow fantastic!! Nice to have english video again!
Great!!
How u designed this whole stuff and where did u simulate this circuit?

The video was great. Can I get the Circuit for reference as I'm working on similar project for my College Capstone.
Excelent job ,💯💯💯💯💯💯
Can this applied to pmsm motor controller?
Can I use it as 3 phase lighting load

Tha k you very much for the nice comment and story!! I'm very happy that this video was helpfull for you!!:)
EGS002 ASIC will cost you 3 dollars and generate perfect sine wave signal. This is for 1-phase, but 3-phase could be done with EG8024 chip
Great video . Please do you mind to share schematic and code ?
Great video. I am also currently working on BLDC motor control. If its okay for you, can you share the C files you used on the project. Thank you!
You just have a new subscriber good project.
Thank you very much!!:)
Hi, where is the EasyEDA link of this project? Thank you very much.
Aoa sir . Can you please share method of generating spwm with nucleo board and its code ?
Can we use 300 V DC
