Homemade Chicken Sausage:
600 g chicken
1 tsp instant gelatin
2-6 cloves of garlic

Brizol:
3 eggs
3 tbsp milk
300 g chicken
1 tomato
1 pickled cucumber
salt, pepper, garlic to taste

Baked white fish (I have pollock):
2 large fillets of white fish
1 tomato
1 onion
1 carrot
salt, pepper, garlic, spices
Greek yogurt or low-fat sour cream
hard cheese (optional)
