- Here are the ingredients for Pav Bhaji along with measurements:
This recipe will serve 4-5 people:
Boil all the vegetables together
1. Potatoes - 3-4 medium-sized, chopped
2. Cauliflower - 1 cup, finely chopped
3. Peas - 1/2 cup
4. Carrots - 1/4 cup, chopped
5. Capsicum (Bell Pepper) - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
6. Eggplant- 1 chopped
7. Onion - 1 large, finely chopped
8. Ginger- sliced
9. Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 -3 tablespoons
10. Tomatoes - 3 medium-sized, (paste)
11. Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon (adjust according to taste)
12. Salt - to taste
13. Butter - 4 tablespoons (as needed)
14. Lemon - 1, cut into wedges
15. Coriander Leaves - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
16. Pav (bread rolls) - 8
17. Water - as needed for cooking

Made pav bhaji came out yum, not sure how you had such less Bhajji, adding little little vegetables: got so much Bhajji. Have saved half of the Bhajji. Also added turnip instead of potatoes came out yum
