    I routed mine all the way to the end of the rear fender behind the wheel on the right side. I’ve had it for couple years and no issues!

    I’m a harley tech. Great video 👍🏻. Don’t fill your oil to much helps with blow by. Keep it 1/2 to 3/4 up on the dipstick. Never go to the top lines. I have a 2021 and just bought this for piece of mind.

    Just ordered mine. Am going to route it to back of bike between saddlebag and fender. Saw Professional Monkey's video on this routing. Thanks fer the video!!

    I have used the dip stick for awhile, thought I would try the small vent first, have not had enough oil to come from vent to even feel it

      Really, that's good to know. The way the fueling reps talked made it sound like oil would spray all over your bike over time.

    I installed mine Saturday. Did you notice your bike to seem (for lack of better terms) happier. Maybe it's just me but it changed something for the better

      Yes, it feels like it is running more smoothly, but I thought maybe that was just in my head lol

    the slobbering/blow doesn't happen to the M8 only

      This is true, my wife has a twin Cam 103 and don't have this problem as bad as I do with my m8 tho..

    Use the PREFERRED method as recommended by Feuling, not the quick, easy vent on the top of the dipstick! I did the quick, easy method of screwing the vent on the top with no tube because I was going on an 1,100 mile ride and didn't want to take the time to install the PREFERRED method. Big mistake! Oil misted all over the rear of my bike and collected a ton of road grime and dirt with it. What a mess! Took me over an hour to clean. Once it was nice and polished up, I changed the vent on the top of the dipstick to the PREFERRED method of routing the filter along the frame rail of the bike (like in this video). It only took about 10-15 minutes and really was a breeze. Best benefit: no more misting of oil on the back of my bike! Long story short...take the time to do the PREFERRED method and skip the vent on top of the dipstick. You'll save time and a headache in the long run.

    I'm from Northern Illinois as well. Just ordered mine from Fuel Moto. They've got the best price on this dipstick that I've found after searching everywhere. $239.95. How's it working for you so far? Mine should be here Saturday,I'm looking forward to trying it out. Thanks for the great install video.

      @bigshow65  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have had that chevelle for the better half of 17 years..give or take a couple years. I am just staring to get ready to get back on the road again but it's a long way out.
