Dpat nga ganun lahat e. Ganun ung ibang karamihan sa real estate youtubers sa US may presyo agad sa thumbnails.
mostly sa mga house tours na napapanood ko like Enes Yilmazer, Chakits, Jason Matuk etc. ay ganyan na yung setup.. Alam kasi nila na mostly yung mga potential buyers na ng nanunuod ng house tour o even mga car reviews ay naka smart or android TV na. Hindi nila na e scroll yung description ng video so nilalagay na lang ng mga agents sa thumbnails at title yung most important informations.
One year na ako nanunuod ng mga ganto. Sana soon magkaroon din kami ng ganto kagandang bahay.

Well presented and very detailed! Even all the materials you mentioned are always complete. Nice one 🥰 i like the house. Practical and compact. Although the staff room, I will use it as storage and let my helper use one of the bedroom. Bedrooms are a little small but its ok.

agreed! kaya dito nalang ako nanonood ng mga ganito dito sa channel na to e.
Aluminum is okay, pero may magandang klase ng Aluminium like series 50. For me maganda UPVC, kasi it reduced the noise coming from outside especially if nasa main road ang property.
