My past experience is not to become robotic with positivity such as keeping journals ' unless you enjoy keeping journals '. In other words you have to become positive and happy doing it your way not my way or his way or her way because doing it someone else's way could cause you stress instead of positive happiness. Find your way, unto thine own self be true 🙂

Actually, I think that if u keep on wishing to have more that can push you to do what it takes to have what you wish for. Get it? You’re right… we should be grateful for what we have but I don't find any problem with wishing to have more or needing to achieve/obtain/etc more even if you are already satisfied

You must reach for what your mind thinks is beyond your capacity. You won't feel it, you won't believe, it will be almost impossible to visualise, and that's ok. If you did you would already be living it. Just repeat and repeat the affirmations claiming the reality you seek in the present tense. The subconscious will slowly change and what was impossible will become possible. When the mind is ready it will give you the feelings, the day dreams, the desire. It will become so real to you that every day without this reality will seem unthinkable. Your subconscious will give you the nudges, the intuitions, the hunches you need to begin to make this reality in the outer world. You can't force it. It will take the time it takes. 2-3 months till your feelings change on their own... Don't make them change, you can't. But your subconscious can. The subconscious is the master of your feelings and emotions, not you. The way you perceive everything will change. Your sense of what is possible will change. You will be a different person because the thoughts which define you will be totally different. The person you are will never achieve the goals that your subconscious believes are beyond you. Change the subconscious by flooding it with verbal affirmations and you turn into the person who has the realty seek. Just keep in repeating and trust the process. Don't trust your feelings if they keep you less than the infinite being you were meant to be. Don't trust your feelings, full stop, because they are just the burps bubbling up from the dominant programs that have shaped your subconscious mind. Change those programs, change your mind. The subconscious only understand the law of repetition. Feelings are the way the subconscious tries to keep you in line with the status quo programs of the past and are to be ignored. Repeat, repeat, repeat and then forget about when it's coming or how. When you're ready, when you're mind is ready, you'll be led and shown exactly what you need to see at the right time. Trust the process.
Don't give up. It will happen. Remember how long it took u 2 get 2 this state. Gonna take a minute or 2 to change. Peace.

Had to actually miss meals for a while because of some money issues that were the result of me having faith in people should not believe that. Now when I thought about the reality of not being able to eat something it made me sad but then I thought about a friend of mine who have been going on and on irritatingly so about fasting Fasting so I said OK let’s check it out I started doing it because I was gonna do it anyway so instead of it being seen as like a sensation that was the manifestation of failure I saw it as an opportunity to become more resiliant and less likely to be tested like that. If you became such a positive experience for me that I have grown all of my hair back and I have beautiful long hair now
