Similar trick can be used if your MSFS install gets a bit corrupted and you want to reinstall from scratch. Just rename the 'Official' folder in the video to something else. Uninstall MSFS. Re-install... select the same location when it asks where you want to install the Packages. When the installation begins to download all the packages again, close the installer, delete the new 'Official' folder and rename the original one back to 'Official' When you run the installer again, it will see that everything is where it should be in the Official folder and nothing will need to be downloaded.
