    First of all I had no idea Springfield even made a 2011, so thank you for making this video so I could be informed and second of all I, like to think of 2011 to be the more modern version of the 1911, so I would say yes put a dot on there but not a red dot a Green Dot also you mentioned when you got into the gun game you didn't have a 1911, do you still not have one or do you have one now?

    Did you consider using a bore laser to determine if the rear sights were off and to establish a zero? Overall nice review and I subscribed, but can I suggest never letting your hammer fall forward on an empty chamber for 1911/2011 platforms. Many experts in the gun community including Wilson claim you do damage to the pistol.

      I used 115gr MaxxTech. I have used Blazer also in the past

      @@charlescobbertt1595 in my case no issues with Winchester white box and got very dirty with Blazer
