Just like a factory - everyone completes only one specific task (scripwriter, editor, designer, etc.) On my biggest channels we spend $6,000 - $10,000 per video Everyone in the creation process knows they can't compete with that and they understand how much risk there is in starting their own thing (+ they probably lack a skill to grow TH-cam channels) So they are literally better off completing their part, getting paid and having total freedom (including location and time) As a cherry on top, we do have NCA's
